Joining us in January 2018, Jen’s the hub of all knowledge for our operational and financial leadership practice, providing the sound market intelligence we need to source talented C-suite professionals. As you might expect, Jen and her team are hugely experienced in all things search. She was previously a division manager in the senior leadership arm of a global human resource consulting firm and latterly, client relationship manager in an operations management, people solutions and risk mitigation organisation.

Jen excels in building strong relationships within the executive leadership community, working closely with senior professionals to understand their skills, aspirations, and ideal next career move.

Jen offsets the bustle of London with country living, that she shares with her daughters and dogs.
