Jacob van Dinter joined InX in January 2024 as a Senior Consultant within our Private Equity Transformation and Programme Delivery team. With four years of experience dedicated to the Private Equity market, Jacob specialises in supporting portfolio company initiatives, including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and programme delivery.
Jacob works closely with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies, focusing on roles such as Transformation Directors, Programme Directors, Carve-out Directors, and Integration Directors. His extensive network of specialist interim consultants allows him to deliver tailored solutions at pace, from short-term due diligence sprints to long-term programme planning and team builds across the UK and Europe.
Outside of work, Jacob is an Arsenal supporter, an aspiring Michelin-level chef, and a keen traveler. Whether he's exploring new cuisines or cheering on his team, Jacob brings passion and energy to everything he does.
