Our efforts in DEI are led by The IN Group’s DEI committee, with expert pillars covering race and religion, gender equality, Pride, and disability and neurodiversity.

DEI policies are firmly built into our induction process, client shortlists and supplier frameworks. Charity

Our approach to charity is about so much more than raising money through bike rides, marathons and quiz nights. We have a charity committee made up of three panels, dedicated to fundraising, events and community engagement.

Our people chose It's Your Life as our 2024 charity partner, empowering families and young people to overcome marginalisation by providing truly holistic support at the earliest stage. Through this partnership, we connect our people to the local community through social mobility initiatives, using our expertise in talent solutions to provide one to one employment advice sessions, mentoring and coaching, helping marginalised adults get back into work and support their families.
