Every organisation has its own specific challenges and needs a certain kind of leader to overcome them. That’s why there’s no one-size-fits-all approach in executive search and interim management.

We work hard to maintain an open-minded, tolerant and accepting culture so that tomorrow’s leaders reflect the diverse world we live in. Our efforts in DEI are led by The IN Group’s DEI committee, with expert pillars covering race and religion, gender equality, Pride, and disability and neurodiversity.
DEI policies are firmly built into our induction process, client shortlists and supplier frameworks. If you keep looking in the same places and are having trouble widening your talent pool, maybe you need to look somewhere else. That’s why we’ll search in places you might not have thought of and present you with diverse shortlists to expand the range of experiences and perspectives in your organisation.
ESG
We’re on a journey to net zero and have set up a green committee to help us get there.

Through our partnership with Trees for Cities, we even plant trees for every placement we make.
Charity
Our approach to charity is about so much more than raising money through bike rides, marathons and quiz nights. We have a charity committee made up of three panels, dedicated to fundraising, events and community engagement.
Our people chose It's Your Life as our 2024 charity partner, empowering families and young people to overcome marginalisation by providing truly holistic support at the earliest stage. Through this partnership, we connect our people to the local community through social mobility initiatives, using our expertise in talent solutions to provide one to one employment advice sessions, mentoring and coaching, helping marginalised adults get back into work and support their families.
