Terry Dawson

Senior Director - Group Solutions

Terry sits on the Operating Board for The IN Group as Senior Director and works with our C-Suite client and candidate community across our TIG brands. His role as Group Solutions Director, is to bring together the power of our Group brands to ensure we are designing and delivering, bespoke products and services to accurately meet client demand. Terry also runs and has strategic oversight for the Groups Bids, Proposals and Contracts function.

Terry initially joined the Investigo recruitment business in 2014 to launch our ERP transformation practice, initially focusing on SAP. He has been specialising in ERP and Technology focused recruitment and project delivery for the last 16 years.

Terry's focus is partnering with clients to develop long-term partnerships, allowing the The IN Group’s specialist brands to deliver the best possible service across a suite of end-to-end talent solutions, including recruitment, exec search, consultancy, advisory and ‘hire, train, deploy’.

Prior to his role running Group Solutions, Terry built and ran a number of specialist technology and transformation recruitment teams for Investigo including, ERP Transformation, CRM, Cyber Security and Infrastructure Transformation.

Thanks to 16 years spent working with clients to deliver major Technology & Transformation programmes across the UK & Europe, Terry is widely regarded as an industry expert, and many of his clients turn to him for recruitment and project delivery advice at the early stages of major programmes.
