Sam Watson

Research Lead

Sam joined InX in March 2025 as a Research Lead within the InX Manufacturing team. He supports global leadership and executive search projects across commercial, corporate, and technical functions in the manufacturing sector. Sam plays a key role in identifying top-tier talent for roles ranging from senior leadership through to C-suite appointments, ensuring clients receive robust, insight-led hiring solutions.

With a background in insurance recruitment, Sam began his career in 2020 at a specialist consultancy, focusing on senior underwriting and broking positions within the Lloyd’s and London Insurance market. His experience has given him a strong foundation in precision-led search and stakeholder engagement, which he now applies to the fast-moving world of manufacturing.

Driven by a competitive spirit and a passion for excellence, Sam enjoys collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver strategic, long-term talent solutions across global markets.

Outside of work, Sam is an avid golfer and enjoys most sports – particularly anything with a competitive edge. He also spends time in the gym and catching up with friends and family.
