Oliver Casanova

Research and Delivery Lead

Oliver joined in September 2022 to strengthen our private equity offering. He supports mainly top tier and large PE clients to build out their operating partners or value creation teams, who serve as exec advisors and hands-on transformation leads across their portfolio companies.

Previously with Korn Ferry London and a boutique search firm in Milan, Oliver’s a dab hand at running global research and delivery for cross-functional leadership acquisition.

His education and career have taken Oliver from the Philippines to Italy, Beijing, and now London. Fluent in Filipino, English, and Italian, and speaks more-than-passable Mandarin and Spanish, he’s just as good at adapting to new languages and cultures as he is tailoring a search to our clients’ needs.
