Matt joined The IN Group in March 2021 to lead business development growth across InX, Investigo, Definia, and Caraffi. His 25 years in recruitment have seen him grow from consultant to Managing Director of Harvey Nash’s UK business, and the design, build, and leadership of tech recruitment firms globally.

As the engine driving our growth, Matt’s a down-to-earth, heart-on-sleeve kind of a leader whose infectious passion makes those around him believe that anything’s possible.
