Research & Delivery Lead

Luiza leads our Interim PE Value Creation research and delivery, managing our network of over 5,000 interim executives and independent strategy/management consultants.

She has been a recruiter for almost 15 years, having worked in the Americas, APAC and Europe, across industries and levels. For the past eight years, Luiza has focused on the interim strategy consulting market in the UK and Europe, whereby she supported clients in PE and their portfolio companies, consulting firms and in-house strategy teams by deploying high quality independent consultants. From high level strategy pieces to change & transformation challenges, Luiza has delivered talent in the form of interim individuals and benches/full teams to undertake critical initiatives in growth, excellence, improvement, optimisation.

Her career and education have taken Luiza from Brazil to the US and now the UK. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and is learning Italian; like her passion for languages and curiosity for cultures, she tailors her research skills to each client’s needs – bringing a consultative approach to find the best calibre with best fit consultants for each project.
