Charlie specialises in supporting both owner managed business and private equity backed portfolio companies, both pre- and post-deal, and collaborates with boards ahead of significant events.

Prior to InX, Charlie served as Chief of Human Capital at The Wolfpack, where he excelled in deal origination, primarily identifying off-market opportunities. He provided strategic investment recommendations, collaborated on talent acquisition, business strategy and monetization, and enhanced investor relations to support capital raises.

Charlie has extensive experience in deal sourcing and transaction execution from his tenure as an Investment Director at the ai love family office. He also founded HedleyChase, a leading executive search firm in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, focusing on private equity-backed businesses. His early career includes roles as a Manager at Morgan McKinley, a Senior Consultant at Ambition, and a Consultant at PageGroup.

Charlie has also worked on major consulting projects for companies undergoing significant transformations, including Lazada, Alibaba, and Dyson.
