With a global footprint spanning 10+ sectors - including Industrials, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), Healthcare/Life Sciences, and Consumer Goods/Retail - the firm is known for delivering transformative solutions to some of the most complex business challenges.
As part of their next growth phase, the firm sought to strengthen their London-based team by deepening their sector coverage. Their goal was to onboard an experienced sector lead partner who could not only provide strategic leadership in a key industry vertical but also serve as a foundation for hiring strong, experienced talent in the pyramid beneath them (which InX have subsequently supported with). Our mandate
InX was tasked with conducting an end-to-end talent acquisition process that would ensure the delivery of world-class sector leader. To achieve this, our approach consisted of the following key phases:

Prioritisation and targeting: In collaboration with the client, we shortlisted high-potential candidates, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals. This involved evaluating both technical qualifications and cultural fit to ensure long-term success.
Proactive headhunting: Using a highly targeted approach, we engaged directly with the most talented individuals, articulating the client’s vision and value proposition. Our team leveraged their expertise to position the opportunity as a compelling career advancement for top candidates.
Shortlisting and candidate presentation: After thorough screening, we provided the client with a curated shortlist of six highly qualified candidates. Each individual was rigorously vetted, ensuring they brought the right mix of skills, experience, and leadership potential to the table.
